Shipping & Pre-Orders

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
We ship via [carrier — e.g., USPS/UPS] within the continental US. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.

Pre-Order Items
Some items in our shop are available for pre-order.  Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page, along with an estimated ship window.

• Estimated ship dates are our best projection based on current manufacturing and freight timelines, but international shipping can shift these dates. We'll keep you updated if anything changes significantly.
• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll reach out to ask whether you'd like everything to ship together once complete, or in-stock items sent right away with pre-order items to follow.
• Delays can happen, particularly with ocean freight shipments. We'll always communicate proactively if a delay affects your order.

Pre-Order Payment
Pre-order items are charged in full at the time of purchase to secure your place in that production run.

Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order for a refund any time before the item ships. Note, cancellations will be subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing fees that are incurred at the time of order.  Once a pre-order item has shipped, our standard return policy applies.  For pre-order cancellations please contact us at info@peonyandpung@gmail.com.
